How to prevent hair loss and restore hair fullness…
The first tip is to rub some form of estrogen (female sex hormone) into the scalp, as this will help to make the hair stronger. Not only do humans and animals produce hormones. Some plants can also synthesize these types of hormones. Some examples of these plants are: hops, licorice, sage, clover, sweet clover, and others.
The first three are the ones that will produce the best results. These plants contain antiseptic and stimulating properties, and not only do they stop the hair loss. Thin hair can once again regain its strength and health.
Nourishing Lotion:
Licorice (root) – 10 g
Hot pepper (fruit) – 10 g
Hops (cones) – 40 g
Turpentine purified – 20 ml
Stinging nettle (leaf) – 20 g
Castor Oil – 30 ml
Sage (leaf) – 20 g
To prepare the lotion, powder the plant materials and pour 1 liter of 70% alcohol over it. Let it rest in a dark place for two weeks, shaking it occasionally. Then filter it and pour it into a dark glass bottle. To this tincture, add Castor oil, turpentine, water that is sold in a pharmacy, and shake for several minutes until the ingredients are well mixed.
Using a cotton swab, this solution should be rubbed into the scalp every day for 5 minutes. Shake the lotion before applying it. Continue this treatment for one to six months.
Second tip – Consume tea made from the leaves of sea buck-thorn. Boil water over low heat for 5 minutes, and then pour over 2 to 5 dried leaves that have been placed in a glass. Allow to steep for 15-20 minutes and then filter. Add honey and drink this while hot 2-3 times per day.
Useful as an oat tincture: Combine three glasses of water with a glass of the grain and heat to boiling. Boil for 15 minutes, cool and strain. Use one glass 2-3 times per day.
